Mark is a former Pearle Vision Franchise owner, laboratory Manager, Frame Procurement Manager, and Territory Sales Consultant.
As a Modern Optical Territory Sales Consultant, he began to recognize the need to aid his 200 Michigan and Ohio customers with third Party profitability. Drawing from his franchise management and ownership experience, sales calls soon became in depth third party consultations pouring over insurance remittances and claims.
Recognizing his consulting work in the territory, Mark was soon appointed by the members to the Board of the Opticians Association of Michigan.
Driven by an analytical nature and love for consulting, Mark has developed mobile consulting apps and spreadsheets to instantly calculate frame margins and complex insurance benefit formulas. This enables offices to make more precise procurement and pricing decisions resulting in increased margins.
Mark has published numerous articles and remains a source for grass roots - in touch investment advice for potential venture capitalists. Great investments are based on sound consulting.
